How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and check out securely. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, WISE, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. SCB Transfer and in-store Square payments are also accepted.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted checkout systems.
How does delivery to the Falklands work?
Orders are shipped in bulk and arrive in the Falklands with our regular consignments. Once stock is on the Islands, we’ll contact you to arrange collection or delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Pre-ordered items usually arrive in the Falklands within 30–60 days, depending on shipping schedules. Items already in stock are available immediately.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Orders can be collected locally in Stanley, or for a small fee, we can arrange delivery.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. All products are sourced from trusted suppliers. We also test accessories where possible before shipping.

Are these official Starlink products?
Our range consists of high-quality third-party accessories designed to work seamlessly with Starlink equipment. Compatibility details are provided on each product page.
What if an accessory doesn’t fit my Starlink model?
Please check compatibility before ordering (Starlink V2, V3, Mini, etc.). If unsure, contact us and we’ll help confirm.
Do you stock other electronics besides Starlink accessories?
Yes — we also carry networking gear (routers, Wi-Fi mesh systems) and cables/chargers. More electronics will be added soon.
Can I return a product?
Yes. If an item is faulty or not as described, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us to arrange a return.

What does “Pre-Order” mean?
Pre-ordering secures your item in the next shipment. Since many products are shipped from overseas, stock may take 30–60 days to arrive.

Are you the same as SiTech repairs?
SiTech Shop is the retail arm of SiTech. While SiTech (sitech-fk.com) provides repairs and technical services, SiTech Shop (sitech-fk.shop) is dedicated to selling electronics and accessories online.
